A company owned or <br />operated by the building owner or tenant may not be used as a contractor for the renovation <br />project unless the company holds a valid NC General Contractors license. The relationship <br />must be disclosed in this section of the application and a copy of the company's valid NC <br />General Contractor's license must be included in Tab 4 of the application. <br />Seal It will contract with Turn Key Restoration, Inc. to design and construct project building <br />renovations. Turn Key Restoration, Inc. has a NC General Contracting - Limitation: <br />Unlimited/Classification: Building License. Tab 4 2. Cost Estimates includes a quote from Turn <br />Key Restoration, Inc. for eligible Building Reuse Program - Vacant Building Category costs. <br />The Seal It has no ownership or operational interest in any company participating in Rural <br />Economic Development Division, North Carolina Department of Commerce construction <br />contract. <br />3. Applicants should provide a detailed job type matrix table for the new jobs that will be <br />created that includes the following: (9) position title, (2) number of jobs committed in each <br />position category, (3) expected number of hours per week, (4) annual pay for each position <br />type, and (5) any benefits that will be paid by the employer. The annual pay for each position <br />type should be multiplied by the number of jobs to be created in that position type. The annual <br />pay for all positions should be added together (to get total payroll) and divided by total number <br />of jobs committed (to get the average annual pay for all new employees).
