Proposal Narrative <br />Seal It Services inc. <br />Bond It created a new business in the United States, Seal It Services Inc. that is currently based <br />in Pembroke Park, Florida. to open up increased opportunities for its range of products across <br />the North American continent, Europe, and Asia. <br />Specific products offered by Seal It Services Inc. include the production and distribution of ERT"' <br />Tape. Originally developed for the U.S military, this self -fusing silicone rubber tape is well- <br />known and highly regarded throughout America thanks to its ease of use and versatility. It can <br />be used to carry out fixes and repairs across an enormous variety of plumbing, electrical, <br />automotive and marine applications. <br />In addition, Seal It Services Inc. new Sanford, North Carolina facility will complement ER TM <br />Tape by manufacturing/distributing a number of other existing Bond It products including <br />sealants and adhesives for domestic and export distribution. <br />2. Describe all company locations in North Carolina. Include location and number of full-time <br />and part-time employees that currently exist in each location. <br />Seal It currently has one US facility located in Pembroke Park, Florida. Seal It has no North <br />Carolina locations. <br />3. if the number of full-time and part-time jobs described above differs from the number <br />reported in the last month of the NCUI 101 form(s) provided in Tab 2, provide an explanation <br />of the discrepancy. <br />Not applicable. Explain in detail any expected changes to employment that will occur in any existing facility <br />in NC as a result of the opening of the facility described in this application. <br />Not applicable. This company is relocating to North Carolina, <br />5. if the company will close any location in NC, describe the reason for the closing and any <br />efforts to find a suitable facility in the existing community along with any reasons why a site <br />was not selected there. <br />Not applicable. <br />6. Describe the new full-time and part-time jobs that will be created in the project building. (Do <br />not attach job descriptions). <br />New full-time jobs being createc in the project buildings as a result of the Seal It <br />building renovation will have a 40 hour work -week with a $443 average weekly salary. The <br />project will result in the creation of the following number of positions for individual position titles: <br />Office Administration 1 position; Manufacturing Supervisor — 1 position; QC Technican — 1 <br />position; Foreman — 1 position; Lead Operator — 1 position: Shipping Receiving — 1 position; QC <br />Supervisor — 1 position; and Laborers — 8 positions. <br />
