0355 <br />PROJECT EXPENSES L FUNDING SOURCES <br />Total Project Cost ($): 865,000 Fincludes property acquisition, construction, equipment, administration, etc. <br />(amount should equal Total <br />Project Funding below) <br />List all expenses related to the total project cost with the corresponding funding source in the table below. The table shoulc include costs for <br />acquisition, renovation, equipment, training, etc., and all funding sources including busiress/personal capital pledged, loans, grants, <br />incentives, etc. The table should clearly show ALL expenditures and ALL funding sources for the project.
