Iran -Divestment Certification: Company certifies that Company is not listed on the Iran Final Divestment List created by the North Carolina State Treasure pursuant to N.C.G.S. 147-86.58 (the "Final Divestment List"). Further, Company's subcontractor, if utilized, will also not be listed on the Final Divestment List. The Final Divestment List can be found on the State Treasurer's website at the address www.netreasurer.com/Iran and should be updated every 180 days. E -Verify Certification: Company agrees that it shall comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes. Further, if Company utilizes a subcontractor, Company agrees that it shall require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes. 4. Grant. a. Performance Criteria. a. The Company agrees to undertake and operate in a timely manner the following new project in connection with its manufacturing operations in Lee County: expansion of the Company's manufacturing operations to a Sanford, North Carolina facility, by purchasing new equipment and completing building renovations in its leased facility and the hiring of fifteen new employees. b. Existing Jobs. There are no Existing Jobs. c. New Jobs. The Company agrees to create and maintain fifteen, permanent, full-time New Jobs, as evidenced by the Work Sheet for Weekly Wage Computation submitted with the grant application to the North Carolina Department of Commerce, with a copy attached hereto. All fifteen New Jobs shall be maintained through the end of the Incentive Period as set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Agreement.
