3s <br />- <br />LEE COUNTY <br />:t: <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO SET MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2017 <br />FOR THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting on the first and third <br />Monday of each month. If the regular meeting day is a holiday, on which county <br />offices are closed, the meeting shall be held on the next business day or such <br />succeeding day as may be specified in the motion adjourning the immediate <br />preceding regular meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioners' Room, First Floor, Lee <br />County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. <br />SECTION 3: The regular meeting on the first and third Monday of each month will begin at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />SECTION 4: Public hearings with the Lee County Planning Board will be held the third <br />Monday of each month if required at 6:00 p.m. Other required public hearings will <br />be held at the discretion of the Board. <br />SECTION 5: The Clerk to the Board is directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be posted <br />on the bulletin board in the lobby at the Lee County Government Center and Lee <br />County Courthouse and a summary is to be published in The Sanford Herald at <br />least ten (10) days before the meeting to which the Resolution is to apply. <br />Adopted this 51 day of December 2016. <br />Chairma <br />ATTEST: Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />AAAd <br />fifer G m le, Clerk to the Board <br />
