"), o�('0!_2�± <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION <br />HONORING RETIRING COMMISSIONER DR. RICKY D. FRAZIER <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Ricky D. Frazier was elected to the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />in November 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, Commissioner Dr. Ricky D. Frazier was elected Vice -Chairman of the Lee <br />County Board of Commissioners in December 2014 and again in December 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, Commissioner Dr. Ricky D. Frazier served on the Johnston -Lee -Harnett <br />Community Action Board of Directors, Liaison to the Board of Education, Juvenile Crime <br />Prevention Council, Library Board of Trustees, Parks & Recreation Commission, Senior <br />Services Advisory Board, Downtown Sanford, Inc., and the Interlocal Committee with the <br />County, City and Town of Broadway; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Lee County Board of Commissioners to recognize the <br />achievements of Commissioner Dr. Ricky D. Frazier and to express its appreciation for <br />his dedicated service and contributions to Lee County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that <br />it congratulates Commissioner Dr. Ricky D. Frazier for a career of public service and a <br />genuine interest in and concern for Lee County and it wishes for Commissioner Frazier <br />continued success in all his future endeavors. <br />AND BE IT FURTER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />Minutes of the meeting of the Board and a copy be presented to Commissioner Frazier. <br />Presented this 21 sc day of November 2016. <br />Amy M. alrymple, Chair <br />Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />
