Construction Fee (New and additions). The Chair of the Roads and Common Areas <br />Committee will provide a roads update at the annual meeting and explain the annual renewal of the <br />present Construction Fee for assessments on new construction in the POA. Please see attached enclosure <br />#3 for details. <br />Your vote is requested to approve the renewal of the existins Construction Fee. <br />Question #3 on enclosed Ballot. <br />5. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the <br />meeting. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on October 26, 2016, as the date of <br />record for determination of property owners entitled to notice and to vote at our November meeting (R&R <br />Section 1, Subsection L). All property owners are cordially invited to attend the meeting. <br />Whether or not you expect to attend, you are requested to sign, date, and return the enclosed ballot before <br />October 28, at the latest. Your vote is important and cannot be counted unless you return the ballot or <br />attend the meeting. If you attend the meeting, you may withdraw your ballot and cast your vote on the <br />matters to be considered.
