That Article 5 Supplemental Development Regulations be rewritten to create a new Section 5.43 Wine Shops as follows: 5.43.1 WINE SHOP A wine shop is an establishment conducted pursuant to G. S. 18B-1001 as amended, and operated as a principal or accessory use, which is authorized to sell wine in the manufacture's original container for consumption off the premises, provided however, the permittee shall be authorized to conduct accessory and incidental wine tasting on the premises and is further authorized to sell wine and malt beverages for on -premises consumption, as an accessory and incidental use to the wine shop, provided the establishment and operation is compliant with the supplemental regulations below.
