Commissioners present were <br />Amy M. Dalrymple, Richard B. Hayes, James C. Kelly, Larry "Doc" Oldham, Nathan E. <br />Paschal, Robert T. Reives, and Linda A. Shook. <br />Mr. Tommy Mann, Chairman of the Lee County Economic Development Corporation <br />called the meeting to order. <br />Chairman Richard Hayes called the meeting to order for the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />Mayor Cornelia Olive called the meeting to order for the Sanford City Council. <br />Mayor Donald Andrews called the meeting to order for the Broadway Town <br />Commissioners. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to comply with a revised agreement adopted by the <br />four boards earlier this year in reference to economic development reporting. The revised <br />agreement called for more flexibility for the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and <br />improved communication and quarterly update meetings with the four boards. <br />Chairman Mann presented a listing of EDC committees that have been developed. Mr. <br />Mann stressed the importance for all boards to work together. <br />
