Book 23 PAU626 <br />approve the request for the Friends of the Library to take over future book sales and receive revenue <br />from those sales and to hold the Library responsible for the "maintenance of effort" each year with the <br />State. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously. <br />Finance Director Lisa Minter presented the Monthly Financial Report for month ending July <br />2010, and the Sales Tax Report through May 2010. No action was taken. <br />Commissioner Reives asked that the County Manager find out how many homes in the county <br />were receiving assistance (repairs) through the scattered site housing program. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Oldham moved to adjourn <br />the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting adjourned at <br />7:10 p.m. <br />Richard B.
