The Subrecipient shall provide the Recipient with progress reports and a final report detailing the Subrecipient's use of State funds. 1. Contract Documents: This Contract shall consist of the following documents, incorporated herein by reference: (1) This Contract; (2) General Terms and Conditions for Public Sector Contracts (Attachment A) (3) Statement of Work (Attachment B) (4) Line Item Budget and Budget Narrative (Attachment C) (5) Certifications Regarding, Drug -Free Work -Place; Lobbying; and Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters (Attachment D) (6) Certification of Eligibility Under the Iran Divestment Act (Attachment E) These documents constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior statements or agreements. 2. Precedence Among Contract Documents: In the event of a conflict between or among the terms of the Contract Documents, the terns in the Contract Document with the highest relative precedence shall prevail. The order of precedence shall be the order of documents as listed in Paragraph 1, above, with the first -listed document having the highest precedence and the last -listed document having the lowest precedence. If there are multiple Contract Amendments, the most recent amendment shall have the highest precedence and the oldest amendment shall have the lowest precedence. 3. Subrecipient's Duties: The Subrecipient shall provide the services as described in Attachment B with the terms of this Contract and in accordance with the approved budget in Attachment C. The Subrecipient shall maintain and make available all records, papers, vouchers, books, correspondence or other documentation or evidence at reasonable times for review, inspection or audit by duly authorized officials of the Recipient, the North Carolina State Auditor, or applicable federal agencies. Upon termination of contract as a SHIIP Coordinating Site, any equipment or property less than five (5) years old purchased by Subrecipient with grant funds to perform SHIIP functions shall be returned to the Recipient in good working order.
