BK -00028 PG:0380 <br />County Manager's Report — July 18, 2016 <br />Ongoing Proiects: <br />San Lee Park — The contract for this project is almost finalized. The notice for CSI to <br />proceed should be given the week of July 18th. Once the notice is given the project will <br />take 240 days. <br />Old Bowling Alley — State Buildings has approved the drawings and the plans are now <br />being reviewed by Inspections. We hope to be out to bid on this project in the next 30 <br />days. Once this project is underway we will begin evaluating the Old Courthouse for <br />renovations once Probation is relocated. <br />Other Items: <br />Government Center/Hillcrest Building Parking — We have had several complaints from <br />citizens and employees concerning the parking at the Government Center in the Hillcrest <br />Drive parking lot. In addition, we now have a lot of congestion in the alleyway between <br />the two buildings. We are reviewing the possibility of closing the road that is on the other <br />side of the Hillcrest Building and creating additional parking and access for COLTS at the <br />Hillcrest Building.
