0 r0 <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF LEE <br />PERMIT <br />PERMIT FOR USE OF PYROTECHNICS <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONDUCT OF <br />A PUBLIC EXHIBITION IN <br />SANFORD, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in North Carolina General Statute § 14-413, and after <br />satisfactory evidence has been produced to the effect that said pyrotechnics will be used in <br />connection with a public exhibition described in the attached application and none other, the <br />Board of Commissioners for Lee County, North Carolina, issues this permit to the Sanford Fire <br />Department, to use pyrotechnics for an aerial pyrotechnic display on Friday, October 7, 2016, at <br />2100 hours, in Sanford, North Carolina, in recognition for the Downtown Street Fest honoring <br />completion of the streetscape project. <br />Adopted this 15th day of August 2016. <br />Amy M.
