2) Settlement of prior years (2005 through 2014) tax accounts and 2015 tax accounts as of June <br />30, 2016, for Lee County and its municipalities, and annual statement of collections for July 1, <br />2015 through June 30, 2016 of non -tax revenues. <br />3) Settlement of Cape Fear, Cameron, Carolina Trace, Clearwater Forest, Deep River, Lemon <br />Springs, Northview, Tramway, Pocket, West Sanford, and Airport Authority for 2015 and <br />applicable prior years. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the list of 2015 unpaid property taxes and the list of persons <br />not owning real property whose 2015 personal property taxes remain unpaid are hereby acknowledged <br />as received; the collection reports of 2005 through 2015, as of June 30, 2016 are acknowledged as <br />received; and the efforts made under the provisions of NCGS 105 — 364 to collect taxes is <br />acknowledged as received. <br />ADOPTED this the 18th day of July 2016. <br />Amy M.
