007 <br />Commissioner Reives moved that a Resolution be prepared for former County Attorney Kenneth <br />R. Hoyle's years of service to be presented to his family. Mr. Hoyle passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sloan, and Smith <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. A copy of the Resolution drafted and <br />presented to the Hoyle family is attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Commissioner Frazier asked that condolences be sent to School Board member and DSS Board <br />member Ophelia Livingston for the recent loss of her daughter. <br />Commissioner Oldham asked that someone talk with our local representatives and DOT about a <br />site distance issue at the intersection of Carbonton and Steel Bridge Road. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Frazier moved to adjourn the <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sloan, and Smith <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 8 p.m. <br />Amy M.
