BK:00028 PG:0211 County Manager's Report — April 18, 2016 On-going Projects CCCC Bond Projects — There are no changes to the updates on this project from February and March. We are planning on having CCCC and their Architect present a formal update at the May 16th meeting. San Lee Park — HH Architects has finalized construction documents. The project is out to bid. Pre bid meetings were held the week of April 11 th. Bids are due by April 28th at 2:00 pm. Other Items Purchase of Old Bowling Alley Property — Closing occurred on March 31St. We have contacted all the tenants and notified them of our intended use in the future. All tenants except one has been given six months' notice of our intent to end their lease agreement. The one tenant had a year left on their lease and we have notified them that we will not be renewing the lease at the end of the term. We are beginning the plans to renovate the unoccupied parts of the building. Hale Center and Water Issue Requests to the City — The City of Sanford has responded to my letter requesting funding for the Hale Center Renovation and the questions the Board had on waterline extensions and water testing at their water plant. The response from the City Manager is attached. Reports Building Inspections Report — Please find attached the March Building Inspections Report. Community Development/Activity Summary — Please find attached the TRC (Technical Review Committee) agenda for the March 2016 meeting.
