It ncerns were expressed by Commissioner Shook with funding for HAVEN since they <br />did not use[$7,000'iin funding from Social Services last year. She stated she had a problem <br />with fundinq,agencies that do not take the time/effort to use funds allocated to them. <br />Commissioner Paschal stated he had concerns with cuts in capital expenditures to <br />Parks and Recreation that might be used to help fund non profits. He also questioned the <br />possible elimination of $15,000 for BRAC marketing endeavors. <br />• <br />
