After full consideration of this question, and on motion of Commissioner .1 Atkins , seconded by Commissioner Castleberry, it was unanimously resolved that offices _•4 in the Courthouse Annex be assigned to the various agencies and departments according 4 to the plan agreed upon by all the agencies and departments concerned. '.' The County Attorney called the Board' s attention to the fact that the lease on the Seymore Building, occunied by the County Health Department and the Veterans " 1 Service Officer, had expired. The owners had offered to rent the building for $56.00 ' Der month, furnishing heat for the offices therein. Upon motion of Commissioner 11 iu Castleberry , which motion was seconded by Commissioner belly, the Board unanimously tx'. resolved to authorize the Chairman to enter into a lease with the owners of this build- ':4 i-ng to lease the same for a period of three (3) years at a monthly rental of $56.00 per f'• - month, and under the terms of this lease , the owners of the building would be' required • to furnish sufficient heating therefor.
