(b) 10 per cent to Lee County Hospital. <br /> (c) 5 per cent to the Department of Recreation. <br /> (d) 5 per cent to the Lee-Sanford Library. <br /> (e) 2 per cent to the Veterans Service Office. <br /> • <br /> (f) 15 per cent to the Board of Education of Lee County for operating <br /> II expenses and capital outlay. <br /> (g) 15 per cent to trustees of the Sanford School Administrative Unit for <br /> operating expenses and capital outlay. <br /> it (h) 15 per cent to the General Fund of Lee County. <br /> (i) 15 per cent to the General Fund of the City of Sanford. <br /> 5. That excise taxes on beer and wine shall be allocated to the General <br /> Funds of Lee County and the City of Sanford as provided for in the General <br /> Statutes. <br /> 6. That the City of Sanford shall be authorized and empowered to exercise <br /> the same rights and privileges assigned to the Board of Commissioners of Lee <br /> County, provided said rights and authority are exercised within one year from <br /> the date of ratification of this act. " <br /> The motion to adopt the foregoing resolution was seconded by Commissioner <br /> it Winstead and the same was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board. <br /> The County Attorney was thereupon instructed tom draw a bill to be <br /> submitted to the members of the General Assembly from Lee County to carry <br /> this resolution into effect. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br /> adjourned. . <br /> Chairman <br /> Clerk <br />
