M. at which time the Board would meetk in the Commissioner s <br /> Room at the courthouse for the purpose of discussing and considering the <br /> question of a bond issue for the construction of a new jail and for the <br /> consideration of any other business which might Lome before any regular or <br /> special session of said board.
