• <br /> • <br /> in the Office of the Register of Deeds be published in one or more newspapers of <br /> general circulation at least twenty (20) days before its final adoption as the budget <br /> for the fiscal year 1958-1959. <br /> The motion for the adoption of said resolution was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Kelly. <br /> Those voting for said motion were Commissioners: Kelly, Atkins and <br /> Measamer. <br /> Those voting against said resolution were: Commissioner Cheshire. <br /> Commissioner Kelly introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> Interim Appropriation Resolution, to-wit: <br /> Be it resolved by the Board,of Commissioners of Lee County: <br /> Section 1. That in order to operate the County and its subdivisions and <br /> agencies from July 1, 1958, to the date of the adoption of the 1958-1959 budget <br /> resolution, appropriations are hereby made for the purpose of paying salaries, <br /> the principal and interest on indebtedness and the usual ordinary expenses of <br /> the county and its subdivision and agencies at the same rate of expenditure as <br /> provided for in the budget for the fiscal year 1957-1958. <br /> Section 2. This resolution ceases to be affective from and after the <br /> adoption of the 1958-1959 budget resolution and all expenditures made in <br /> accordance with this resolution shall be chargeable to appropriations made in <br /> the 1958- 1959 budget resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by <br /> • <br /> Commissioner Atkins. - - .. <br /> Those voting in favor of said motion were Commissioners Kelly, Cheshire, <br /> • <br /> Atkins and Measamer. • • <br /> Those voting against said motion were: None <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br /> was adjourned. <br /> Attest: Chairman <br /> Clerk <br />
