Cheshire,'- Evander Winstead, Clyde J.. Atkins, <br /> a � . <br /> Percy Measamer and Sion H. Kelly., <br /> Chairman Percy Measamer` presided and the following business was <br /> transacted. - <br /> The meeting was opened by prayer by Rev. E. b. Edmonds, Pastor <br /> of the Cool Springs Baptist Church. • <br /> Minutes of the regular meeting of July 7, 1954 and Minutes of Special <br /> Meeting of July 17, 1958 were read and approved. <br /> Mr. Hurd of the 'Sanford Herald advised the Board that the annual Farm <br /> Edition of the Sanford Herald was to be published on August 29, 1958 and that <br /> it had been customary for the County to run an ad showing the progress of the <br /> County. On motion of Commissioner Kelly, which motion was seconded by <br /> Commissioner Atkins, the Board unanimously authorized the running of a <br /> • <br /> one-half page ad for the County and said Farm Edition. <br /> E. P. Clark, Custodian of the Coutthouse, reported on the condition <br /> of all County Buildings. <br /> Miss Monica Brown, County Home Demonstration Agent, presented <br /> monthly report of her activities. <br /> K. S. Harmon, County Farrri Agent, reported on his activities for the <br /> proceeding month. ' <br /> Dr. N. R. 'Carter, County Health Officer, presented the report of the <br /> County Health Department and the report of the' County Sanitarian. <br /> • • <br />
