The Board then considered the statement. Thereupon, Commissioner Atkins <br /> offered and moved the adoption of the following resolution, to-wit: <br /> "Be it resolved that said audit and statement.be and the same is hereby <br /> approved and ordered filed and recorded. <br /> Be it further resolved that the tax books for the year 1958 be certified <br /> by the Chairman of the Board and delivered to W. H. Campbell, Tax Collector <br /> of Lee County for collection, said certificate being as follows, to-wit: <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> LEE COUNTY <br /> To The Tax Collector of Lee County:. <br /> You are hereby authorized, empowered 'and commanded to collect the <br /> 1958 taxes set forth in the tax books, filed in the Office of the County Accountant <br /> and Tax Supervisor, and in the tax receipts herewith delivered to you, in <br /> the amounts* and from the taxpayers likewise therein set out, and such taxes <br /> are hereby declared to be .a.first lien on all real property of the respective <br /> taxpayers in Lee County, and this order shall be a full and sufficient <br /> authority to direct, require and enable you to levy on'and sell any real or <br /> personal property of such taxpayers, for and on account thereof, in <br /> accordance with law. <br /> Witness my hand and official seal, this 1st.day of October, 1958. <br /> /s/ Percy•Measamer <br /> Chairman, Board of Commissioners <br /> Attest: <br /> /s/ William W.
