G :z:.::y�r x :.rs7 :9 ::k:: ._. .•:hat Commissioner Atkins then mo ved the adoption of the following resolution: Be it resolved that the salary of the Clerk of Superior Court be set at $16, 000. 00 per year, which salary shall include compensation for said Clerk of Superior Court and compensation for such assistann and clerical employees as may be necessary for the efficient operation of said office of the Clerk of Superior Court. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Measamer and the vote on said motion was as follows: Atkins - aye Groce - no Winstead - -no Measamer - aye Kelly - aye The Chairman then announced that the motion was carried by a vote of three to two and the Clerk was authorized to advise the Clerk of Superior Court.
