• -, 1 �Y/ ' • • Mrs. Nette B. Keith, Register of Deeds, presented her report on . the collection of fees by the Office of the Register of Deeds for the month of June. • W. .H. Campbell, County Tax Collector, presented-a report of the collection of the Tax Department for the month of June, 1959. • E. P. Clark, Custodian of the County Buildings, reported upon the condition of all buildings owned by the County. At the suggestion of Commissioner Measamer, the Sheriff's Department and the Highway Patrol were requested to strictly enforce the "Litterbug Law" and to enforce the law requiring operators of trucks hauling trash and other loose materials to keep the same securely covered. On motion of Commissioner Winstead, .which motion was seconded by Commissioner Groce,. it was unanimously resolved that an error in the tax records be corrected to show the sound value of a building owned by McIver Park, Inc. , located at the corner of Vance Street and Wicker Street to be $13, 580. 00 rather than $17, 580. 00.
