Rosser, Supt. of Public Welfare, presented <br /> her regular monthly report and asked the Board to authorize the transfer <br /> of the sum of $460. 00 from the Sanitorium Fund to the Fund for Aid to <br /> the Blind in the Welfare Budget. Commissioner Winstead moved the <br /> • adoption of a resolution authorizing said transfer, which motion was <br /> seconded by Commissioner Groce, and the vote on the same was as <br /> follows: <br /> Measamer - aye <br /> Winstead - aye <br /> Groce - aye <br /> Atkins - aye <br /> Kelly - aye <br /> The Chairman thereupon announced that the resolution had <br /> been adopted and authorized the County Auditor to make transfer of such <br /> fund in the budget. <br /> • <br /> The monthly report of W. H. Campbell,' County Tax Collector, <br /> was received by the Board.
