National Guard, appeared before the Commissioners and • <br /> 'advised the Beard that the Armory Commission was favorably inclined <br /> towards a new Armory in Sanford; and that the County,would have to' • <br /> ' provide five acres of land and a maximum contribution of $25,000.00, . <br /> Pert of which could be in land. V. Fenstamacher appeared before`the Board and advised <br /> • them that he was going to institute a private ambulance service and lamed <br /> the County Cotnntissioners to regulate ambulance service so as to give him <br /> I protection from competition for five years. Commissioners advised Mr. , <br /> I Penstamacher that it was not within their power to do so and therefore his <br /> request would have to be denied. . . <br /> 4tr.
