M. on the 19th day of January, 1962, in the Commissioner's <br /> Room at the Lee County Courthouse. Those present were Chairman Clyde J. <br /> Atkins, Commissioners Edward W. Cox, Ralph Croce and Evander C. Winstead. <br /> Commissioner Sion H. Kelly was absent. Chairman Clyde J.
