Chairman Sion H. Kelly reported that het had received au <br /> application from Kenneth M. Cameron for appointment as Constable of West <br /> Sanford Township. In view of the closeness of the filing date for election <br /> no formal action was taken. <br /> Chairman Kelly reported on meeting with Architect aft pro- <br /> posed Commissioner's Room and heating and air-conditioning engineer. <br /> Chairman Kelly called Board's attention to earth 26, 1964, <br /> District meeting of the N. C. Association of County Commissioners to be <br /> held at Montgomery County Courthouse. <br /> Minutes of the meetings held to die 6th and 28th of January. <br /> 1964, were approved. <br /> Dlecuealen about colored !rule inmates at the County Home <br /> was held. Commissioner Atkins moved that the colored inmates be trans- <br /> ferred to a hoarding home. Commissioner Dotterer seconded the motion <br /> and upon a vote it was adopted by a majority vote: <br /> Commissioner Caterer moved that a Jury be drawn for the <br /> one week Civil Term of Superior Court beginning on Monday.
