<br /> The bond of J. Chandler Lakes as Register of -Deeds in the amount of
<br /> $5,000 was presented to the Board for its approval . After consideration of
<br /> General Statute 161-4.which provides for a bond up to $10,000 and after
<br /> discussion, Commissioner McLeod roved that the- Register of Deeds be
<br /> i required to give bond in the amount of $10,000 -and that the surety bond in
<br /> that amount be approved. The motion was duly seconded and upon a roll
<br /> call vote the Board voted as follows:
