• <br /> BOOK 6 PAGE 319 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br /> Commis goners for Lee County that the sum of <br /> $500. 00)hereby appropriated out of the un- <br /> appropriated surplus in the General Fund <br /> derived from non-tax sources for the Lee <br /> County Hospital for use in improving parking <br /> facilities around the hospital grounds. <br /> The motion was duly seconded and upon a roll call vote the <br /> Commissioners voted as follows: <br /> Aye: Kelly, McLeod, Yow, Dotterer <br /> Pass: Ledwell <br /> The motion was adopted by a majority vote. <br /> Chairman Dotterer reported to the Board that the Industrial <br /> Education Center had requested use of the old County Home Building for <br /> classroom purposes. <br /> Commissioner Kelly moved that the Board authorize the <br /> Chairman to make the County Home building available to the Industrial <br /> Education Center upon such terms and conditions as he finds advisable and <br /> necessary. <br /> Commissioner Yow seconded the motion and upon a vote it <br /> was unanimously adopted. <br /> Commissioner McLeod moved the adoption of the following <br /> resolution: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COMMISSIONERS that the sum of $250. 00 is <br /> hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> surplus in the General Fund to defray the expense <br /> of having a survey made on the feasibility and costs <br /> of a retirement system for county employees. <br /> Mr. Yow seconded the motion and upon a vote, the <br /> Commissioners voted as follows: <br /> Aye: Kelly, Ledwell, McLeod, Yow, Dotterer. <br /> No: None <br /> The motion was unanimously adopted. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Session, <br /> the meeting was adjourned. <br /> CDr. John E.
