Lee-Moore Oil Co. 1,485.00 <br /> The bids were discussed and considered but no formal action was taken <br /> at the time. <br /> Mr. Nathan Crissman appeared before the Board and gave a report of <br /> his collections as Tax Collector during the month of May, 1965. <br /> Mr. Thomas Haislip, County Extension Chairman, appeared before the <br /> Board and gave a report on the activities of his department. <br /> Miss Mary Estelle Doyle, County Home Economist, appeared before the <br /> Board and gave a report on the activities of her office. <br /> Miss Mary Scott Gurley appeared before the Board and gave a report <br /> on the work of the staff at the County Library. <br /> Mr. W.B. Pittman, President of the Sanford Junior Chamber of Commerce <br /> appeared before the Board and requested permission for the Jaycees to have a fireworks <br /> display at an open-air dance at Kendale Shopping Center on July 5th, 1965. Upon <br /> motion of Commissioner Yow, seconded by Commissioner McLeod, and unanimously <br /> adopted the Board resolved to grant such permission. <br /> PAGE FIVE <br />
