. . <br /> 8ODK 6 PACE 341 <br /> MINUTES OF ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE <br /> 0 <br /> MONDAY, 28 JUNE 1965 <br /> The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for <br /> the County of Lee convened in the Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Courthouse <br /> at 1:30 o'clock P. M., on Monday, the 28th day of June 1965, the same being the date, <br /> time and place specified in the motion of adjournment. Those present were Chairman <br /> John E. Dotterer, and Commissioners Sion H. Kelly, J. T. Ledwell, and Charles <br /> Robert Yow. Commissioner Max McLeod was absent. <br /> • Chairman John E. Dotterer presided and the following business was <br /> transacted: <br /> Mr. L. L. Beckham, Director of Civil Defense, appeared before the <br /> Board and requested that funds be included in the budget to purchase materials to <br /> house and store the equipment for the 200 man hospital. <br /> There was a discussion about the travel allowance provided in the <br /> budget for the Tax Collector. <br /> The Chairman declared the floor open for motions with respect to the <br /> budget for the fiscal year ending 30 June 1966.
