Commissioner Yew moved that the Clark ie directed ta.. <br /> write the State Highway Commission and request it to proud with the <br /> project to stabilize the Cownock Road to anaist property owners with <br /> the plans for installing water lines. <br /> Coseraisaalouer Kelly seconded the motion and upon a vote <br /> It was unatb ously adopted. <br /> Comaderxioner Kelly auoved the adoption of the following <br /> resolution with respect to the Sbavr Road in Deep River Township, 9 <br /> miles north of Sanford, to wit: <br /> WHI!REAS, the attached petieolun bees been filed <br /> with the Board of County Com:elseioners of the County <br /> of Lee, requesting that the shove described read, the <br /> location of which bac been indicated in red on the attached <br /> 'asap, be added to the Secondary Road System; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners <br /> is of the opinion that the aabevee deecribeti road should be <br /> added to the Secondary Road System. if the road meets <br /> minimum standards and criteria established by the <br /> State Highway Confnnisseoa for the addition of roads to <br /> the system. <br /> NOW THERE:i-ORE, BE IT RESOLDVEU by the <br /> Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lee <br /> that the State Highway Commission is hereby requested <br /> to review the above described road and to take over the <br /> road for maintenance if it meets estehllshed standards <br /> and criteria. <br /> Commissioner Vow seconded the motion and upon a vote it <br /> was unanimously adopted. <br /> Commissioner Kelly moved the adoption of the foliesaving <br /> resolution with respect to the old Matthews Road off of McNeill Road just <br /> east of U. S.
