C. Sales & Use Tax 373.20 Name of Manufacturer : BURROUGHS CORPORATION Type and Model: Electronic Computing/Accounting Machine, Style E1128 Number of days for Delivery of Machine after Award of Contract : Ninety Days (90) after receipt of acceptable order. The warranty is at any time within one year after delivery of the equipment Burroughs will make, free of charge during ordinary business hours , all needed repairs thereto not necessitated by accident or • abuse, or by damage arising from acts of third persons or any force of nature, provided that no repairs or alterations have been made except by Burroughs representatives . The undersigned bidder guarantees the prices herein quoted against any increase for whatever delivery date is specified. At the time of filing this proposal the undersigned bidder has made a deposit with the County of Lee of a certified check payable to the County of Lee on some bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation of an amount equal to not less than 5 per cent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by law. Said deposit to be retained by the County of Lee in the event of withdrawal of this bid after the public opening or if the bid is accepted the undersigned bidder shall fail to execute the contract within 10 days after the award and to give satisfactory surety as required herein.
