WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Eoard of <br /> County Cominiesioners of the County of Lee requesting that the above <br /> described road, the location of which has been indicated in red on the <br /> attached map, be added to the Secondary [toad System; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion <br /> that the above described road should be added to the Secondary Road <br /> System, if the road meets minimum standards and criteria established <br /> by the State Highway Commission for the addition of roads to the System. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Comm- <br /> issioners of the County of Lee that the State Highway Commission is hereby <br /> requested to review the above described road, and to take over the road <br /> for maintenance if it meets established standards and criteria. <br /> Commissioner Kelly seconded the motion and ulxm a vote, It was <br /> unanimously adopted. <br /> Mr. Frank Klvett and Mr. Louis Powell of Sondnilla Community Action <br /> Program, Inc. appeared before the Board and reviewed the program currently bring <br /> sponsored in this area and some of the programs proposed for the future. <br /> Mr. Nathan Crissman, Tax Collector appeared before tIE Board and <br /> gave a report on his collections during the month of July. <br /> Upon motion made,seconded and duly adopted it was resolved to draw <br /> jurors for the sessions of Superior Court to be held in September. The jury box <br /> was brought into the Commissionora' Room and unlocked. Scrolls were drawn by a <br /> child under the age of ten years as from partition marked no. 1 as follows: <br />
