Highway #1 -A in the present Sanford City Board of 1.:;ducation <br /> Administrative Unit Line; running thence as the present school <br /> district line in a southeasterly direction as Persimmon Creek 330 <br /> a <br /> feet; thence in a southwesterly direction, parallel to and 330 feet <br /> southeast of the center line of U. S. Highway #1 -A, passing behind <br /> the Glenn Price Home, approximately 5800 feet (I. 1 mile) to the <br /> southeast corner of lot 5 of Bryan Heights as shown on map book <br /> 3 at page 95, Lee County Reg;stry, also Charles N. Fields <br /> corner, and a common corner with lot ti of Country Lane Acres <br /> as shown on map book 3 at page 13Z; running thence S. 33 deg. <br /> 57 min. .Vest as the common line between Bryan Heights and <br /> Country Lane Acres, approximately 1260 feet to the southwest <br /> corner of lot #55 of Bryan Heights, Cecil Nickens' corner; <br /> thence N. 56. 03 deg. West as the common line between lots 55 <br /> and 56 of Bryan Heights, 300 feet to U. S. Highway #1-A; thence <br /> N. 4 deg. East approximately 700 feet to a point where Hancock's <br /> line intersects with the center of Long Branch; thence in a northerly <br /> direction along the various courses and distances of Long Branch <br /> to the Perry (formerly Fisher Makepeace) pond; thence continuing <br /> as Long Branch to its intersection with Persimmon Creek, said <br /> intersection being the present school district line and just south of <br /> McPherson Road; thence in a southerly direction as Persimmon <br /> Creek and the present school district line approximately 340 feet <br /> to the point of BEGINNING. <br />
