F. Holder, appeared before the Board and gave a report <br /> on the activities of his Department and discussed matters relative to converting <br /> his department to a straight salary basis. <br /> Commissioner McLeod moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF LEE, That <br /> DR. J. M.
