r <br />BOOK I wt'M <br />The report on the committee on job classification and <br />standard pay plan was presented to the Board and after discussion and review, <br />upon motion of Commissioner Wicker, seconded by Commissioner White, and <br />unanimously adopted, upon a vote, it was RESOLVED to adopt a pay plan which <br />is three grades below standard except for professional employees who shall be <br />one grade below standards and with a proviso that no present employee shall <br />suffer a reduction in pay because of the adoption of such a pay plan. <br />The,plan adopted is as follows: <br />
