That for the said fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, there is hereby appropriated for the Current Expense Fund of the Central Carolina Technical Institute the following: Current Expense 47,318.00 Section 18. That for the said fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, there is hereby appropriated for the Capital Outlay Fund of the Central Carolina Technical Institute the following: Capital Outlay $ 7,522.00 Section 19. That for the said fiscal. year ending June 30, 1969, there is hereby appropriated the funds collected by the levy of special school taxes in Sanford City Administrative Unit District (approximately $140, 000.00) for the purpose of supplementing current expenses, operating and maintaining the schools in said District at a higher standard than those provided by the State maximum, the following: Supplementing salary of Superintendent, travel of Superintendent, salaries of elementary and high school principals and teachers, instructional supplies and commencement expenses, janitor and Janitor service, telephones, and retirement of teachers, and other incidental expenses, all to be worked out on an equitable basis by the trustees of said districts. Section 20. That the following taxes be and the same are hereby levied upon all taxable property, real and personal, in the County of Lee for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, for the purpose of raising revenue to meet and discharge the appropriations for said fiscal year made by the Board of Commissioners as by law provided: For County General Expense, fifteen and six tenths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. For Special County General Expense, seven and eighty-five one- hundredths on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable, property in Lee County. For the Veterans Affairs Expense, fifty-five one-hundredths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. Page thirty
