The
inmate Labor Contract was revised this year (2010) and now includes information
concerning the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA). This revision is
noted on Page 7, Part VII (Logistics), of the labor contract. There is no change in
the contract amount. Our current contract will expire June 30, 2010 and it is our
recommendation that the contract be renewed for the period of July 1, 2010
through June 30, 2011.
