Commissioners present were Amy M. Da mple, Richard B. Hayes, James <br />C. Kelly, Larry "Doc" Oldham, Nathan E. Paschal, Robe WP. Reives, a Linda A. Shook. Other staff in <br />attendance included County Manager John Crumpto ou ty Attorney K. R. Hoyle, and Clerk to the <br />Board Gaynell Lee. <br />Chairman Richard Hayes called the r lxt to order r the Board of Commissioners. <br />is Chairman Bill Tatum called the meeting to the Board of Education. <br />Discussion was held in referenc ds recce ved for the renovation of Lee County High School. <br />In a letter forwarded to the County M Ze, <br />Superintendent Jeff Moss stated the Board of Education <br />had approved Option 2 (of 3 options ca. for the project. Mr. Tatum stated that at this time the <br />Board of Education was withdr wi g thauest and would be considering other options at a special <br />called April 27`h meeting of t Bo d. Other items pertaining to the project were also discussed. No <br />action was taken. <br />Commissioner Oldham mo to adjourn the meeting on behalf of the Commissioners. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />School Board member Frank Thompson moved to adjourn the meeting for the Lee County <br />Board of Education which was adopted unanimously. <br />Chairman Hayes ruled the motions had been adopted and the meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Richard B.
