9D~t 7 P~;rE <br />Upon motion of Commissioner William B. Joyce, <br />seconded by Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker, and unanimously <br />adopted, it was RESOLVED to appoint Mr. Oscar A. Keller, Jr., <br />to be a Jury Commissioner. <br />The Board discussed construction projects which <br />were used as training exercises by classes at the Central Carolina <br />Technical Institute and concluded as a matter of policy that such <br />projects should be confined to repair work at eleemosynary <br />institutions to avoid competing with commercial establishments. <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />session, it was adjourned sine die. <br />/ John E.
