That for the said fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, there is hereby appropriated for the Current Expense Fund of the Central Carolina Technical Institute the following: Current Expense $ 53,250.00 Section 18. That for the said fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, there is hereby appropriated for the Capital Outlay Fund of the Central Carolina Technical Institute the following: Capital Outlay S 11.750.00 Section 19. That the following taxes be and the same arc hereby levied upon all taxable property, real and personal, in the County of Lee for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, for the purpose of raising revenue to meet and discharge the appropriations for said fiscal year made by the Board of Commissioners as by law provided: For County General Expense, fifteen cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. For Special County General Expense, six and nine tenths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. For the Veterans Affairs Expense, five tenths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. For County Public and Mental Health Fund, six and ninety-five one- hundredths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. For the County Poor Fund, one and forty-five one-hundredths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County, and in addition thereto, a poll tax of fifty cents on each taxable pollsfor males between the ages of twenty-one and fifty years within the County of Lee, the same to be used solely for the support of the poor. For Old Age Assistance; three cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County. For Aid to Dependent Children, two and seven tenths cents on each one hundred dollars valuation of taxable property in Lee County.
