f. <br />BOOK PACE 445 <br />NORTH CAROLINA ) PETITION TO CLOSE SALEM DRIVE, <br />COLONIAL ACRES SUBDIVISION ADDITION <br />LEE COUNTY ) <br />We, the undersigned, do respectfully request the Board of <br />Commissoners for Lee County to close the street known as Salem Drive <br />between N. C. Highway 42 and Edgewood Drive in Colonial Acres Sub- <br />division Addition as shown on a map of said subdivision recorded in <br />Map Book 8, page 52, Lee County Registry and in support thereof show: <br />1. That said street was dedicated or offered for dedication, <br />by recording of a subdivision plat but has never been laid out or <br />opened on the ground. <br />2. That said street is outside the corporate limits of the <br />City of Sanford. <br />3. That no individual owning property in the vicinity of <br />said street or in the subdivision in which it is located will thereby <br />be deprived of reasonable means of ingress and egress to his property. <br />4.
