• ® annn '7 , acs 485 <br />(2) Franklin D. Wicker, as an elective official, D. F. Holder, <br />as a law enforcement officer, and L. L. Beckham and <br />Harold Stewart, as members of the general public, to the <br />Regional Policy Advisory Board. <br />Commissioner Gordon Wicker gave a report on the inspection trip made <br />to examine state owned vehicles which could be purchased for use by the Sheriff's <br />Department. <br />Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker reported that after discussion with <br />the officials of the City of Sanford that they were not interested in having a joint <br />City - County Electrical Inspector. <br />Commissioner William H. Cooper reported on the grading of the lot <br />adjoining the County Jail. <br />Chairman Dotterer read a letter received from the Board of Directors <br />of Lee County Hospital wherein they recommended the appointment of Orton J. <br />Cameron, Forrest L. Stevens and Mrs. Josephine Sheer, for re-appointment to the <br />Board of Directors of the Lee County Hospital. <br />Chairman Dotterer, whose term of office will expire on the first Monday <br />in December, expressed his pleasure with serving with the members of the Board <br />and thanked them for their cooperation with him as Chairman and assured them <br />of his continuing interest in the activities of the Board and the welfare of the <br />County. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned, sine die. <br />John E.
