BOOK 23 PAGE 445 Commissioner Kelly moved to approve the Consent Agenda which consisted of the following items: • Minutes from the May 3, 2010 budget work session; • Minutes from the May 3, 2010 regular meeting; • Tax Releases and Refunds for April 2010 (copies attached); • Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Annual Grant Plan (copy attached); • Addition of Child Support Supervisor II position to the Lee County Pay Plan, • Write off of 10-year delinquent taxes; • FY 2010-11 Home and Community Care Block Grant for Senior Services; • Renewal of Workers Compensation with Key Risk; • Renewal of Property and Liability Coverage with the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners; • Budget Amendment # 05/17/10/13 (copy attached); • Increase in fee service for the following tests at the Lee County Health Department: 1. Pregnancy Tests from $15 to $20 2. TB Skin Tests from $15 to $20 3. Primary Care office visit from $35 to $45 • Changes to the FY 2010-11 State Consolidated Agreement between the State of North Carolina and the Lee County Health Department; and • E-911 Budget Amendment from the City of Sanford for $271,058 to upgrade equipment to the 911 Center Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Pursuant to N.C. General Statute 153A-52.1, Chairman Hayes opened the floor for Public Comments. The following signed up to speak and were allowed 3 minutes for comments: 1. Mr. Keith Clark, 212 Acorn Drive, Sanford At this time the Board held a public hearing to hear comments from the general public in reference to the FY 2010-11 Budget. Chairman Hayes opened the public hearing that had been advertised for this date and time. The following individuals spoke in reference to the FY 2010-11 Budget: 1.
