Minter, Assistant County Manager/Finance Director <br />REQUEST: Approval of Budget Amendment #05/16/16/18 <br />SUMMARY: Budget Amendment #05/16/16/18 appropriates funds for the <br />following departments: <br />Sheriff — To appropriate $3,226 from Insurance Refunds revenue to cover vehicle <br />maintenance. <br />Drug Seizure Funds — To appropriate $31,580 from Federal Justice Drug Seizure <br />Fund Balance to purchase tactical gear for the Drug Division. <br />Library — To appropriate $14,868 received from a State Library Grant Award, as well <br />as, a $3,717 gift received from Friends of the Library to purchase two self-service <br />check out Kiosks stations. <br />Health — To appropriate $3,225 of additional funding awarded by the State to <br />purchase vaccines, as well as, $9,782 in TANF funds awarded by the State to support <br />the Barbers and Beauticians Program (Teen Pregnancy). <br />Airport — To correct FY 2015-16 Airport Operating Budget quarterly appropriation <br />amount. <br />BUDGET IMPACT: See above <br />ATTACHMENT(S): Budget Amendment #05/16/16/18 <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve Budget Amendment #05/16/16/18 as presented <br />o4-9 <br />
