D. 1. <br />_ Information <br />_ Action Item <br />XX Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: Recommendation from the Planning Board for an amendment to the <br />Official Zoning Map of Lee County <br />DEPARTMENT: Sanford-Lee County Planning and Development <br />CONTACT PERSON: Althea Thompson, Planner II <br />• REQUEST: Consider recommendation of the Planning Board and make final <br />decision on rezoning request <br />SUMMARY: The Board is asked to consider an application by Carl Bunnell to <br />rezone approximately 5.21 t acres of land located at the southwest corner of Lark Lane and <br />Jefferson Davis Highway from Residential Restricted (RR) district to Highway Commercial (HC) <br />district. The property is the same as depicted on Tax Map 9630.03, Tax Parcel 9630-00-6970, <br />Lee County Land Records.
