<br />The Board considered the sale of three surplus properties located on Black Road. County
<br />Attorney Kerry Self stated staff had advertised for upset bids for properties located at 138 Black Road,
<br />140 Black Road, and 0 Black Road on February 20, 2016. No upset bids were received; therefore, Mr.
<br />Ryan Johnson is the final and highest bidder for the following properties:
<br />138 Black Road — taxable value of land is $50,100 — offer of $4,005
<br />140 Black Road — taxable value of land is $42,800 — offer of $4,700
<br />0 Black Road — taxable value of land is $4,300 — offer of $1,500
<br />Commissioner Frazier moved to accept the above offer for surplus property located at 138 Black Road
<br />and a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Properties Located at 138 Black Road, a copy of which is
<br />attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as
<br />follows:
